NEUTRALENE VG 2020 is a high-performance rig wash for instantaneous clean-up of crude oils (Dubai light, Brent, WTI, or extra-heavy). Inflammability, no vapour emissions, immediate dissolution, rinsing with water and sea water, primary biodegradabilities, ready OECD 301A, ready and ultimate OECD 310C (MITI), total and rapid, Dth0 sea water ISO 15705 low, bioaccumulation log Kow less than 3.

NEUTRALENE VG 2020 eliminates combustion residue and the maintenance of flares used to burn off gases in the Oil and Gas sectors, and in composting or landfill centres. NEUTRALENE VG 2020 is also used to clean industrial smokestacks, internal bodies of boilers, heat treatment ovens. |

Maintenance in refineries |
|

Site maintenance is often performed by external contractors. NEUTRALENE VG 2020 is used to decontaminate, clean, and degrease all existing surfaces in refineries: pipe arrays, areas, floors, pans, tanks, boiler casings When used undiluted, it can then be removed easily using high-pressure equipment or, on small surfaces, simply using a damp cloth.

Glues and adhesives |

Cleaning tanks |

Cleaning trays and retention areas |

NEUTRALENE VG 2020 do not require retention area under the regulations in force. These non-flammable, non-hazardous and non-polluting eco-solvents are especially effective for cleaning trays and retention areas |

Decontamination and MRO on filtering elements |

Filtering elements by definition retain pollutants. NEUTRALENE VG 2020 used at 20 to 30% in water unclogs all these elements effectively. |

Unclogging of air intake airlocks |

|
|
Air conveyed naturally or mechanically carries polluting substances that are deposited inside ventilation grilles or plates. |

Cleaning industrial chimneys and flares |

|
|
NEUTRALENE VG 2020 are effective solvents for eliminating combustion residues and tar. CAUTION these solvents also dilute bitumen. Expansion and sealing joints made of such compounds will therefore be altered if not masked before cleaning. Gaffer-type adhesives can be used to make savings. |

Removing bitumen from asphalt and road surfaces |
|
|
|
NEUTRALENE VG 2020 is a powerful bitumen-removing agent. It is used to clean tools, personal protection equipment and machinery. CAUTION: it can damage surfaces on sites in progress. Used at 20% in water, it is an excellent anti-adhesive agent for bitumen, which makes it the ideal substitute for diesel. |

NEUTRALENE VG 2020 can be used in all activity sectors working in ultra-hot ambiances. They can be applied and are effective on surfaces reaching 200°C without emitting hazardous vapours (tested by GCMS). To save time and energy (ISO 50 001), there is no need to wait for the ambient temperature of components to drop. NEUTRALENE VG 2020 are non-flammable.
